LAURA BRUTON PSYCHOTHERAPY

A BIT ABOUT THERAPY

How Therapy can Help

Sometimes we get stuck in familliar yet difficult situations, patterns of thinking and behaviour which can feel hard to get out of. Sometimes life takes us by surprise and we experience things that feel barely tolerable.Therapy provides a space to consider these situations and challenges and to consider choices and come up with strategies. As a therapist working alongside my clients I aim to provide a supportive and non-judgemental relationship that can help process difficulty and allow you to become more connected to your inner self.
