Integrative Psychotherapy tailored to individual needs
ABOUT ME
UKCP registered Psychotherapist and Supervisor
I’m Laura Bruton, a Psychotherapist and Supervisor based in North Yorkshire.
I enjoy working alongside my clients to help them understand themselves better and lead more fulfilling lives. Although psychotherapy can often be challenging as you understand how your previous experiences have affected and shaped you, many of my clients report feeling more like their 'true self' as work progresses.
I am an experienced psychotherapeutic practitioner and am trained in an Integrative model which means I use a range of approaches depending on the needs of my clients.
I am experienced at working with stress, anxiety and depression; relationship difficulties and struggles in the work place; bereavement, loss and traumatic experiences and issues with self-esteem and identity.
I look forward to meeting you and being alongside you in the next step of your journey.
